Havoc in Himachal and Uttarakhand

Please see the attached video from just an hour back. Misgovernance and greed of politicians and babus and us people have brought us here. Approving construction where it shouldn’t happen is what is leading to this. Matter of time before other cities and state see it.

LocalCircles should do a survey and gauge the extent of illegal construction approval and actual execution across India.

Any construction in vulnerable areas must require serious approvals and due diligence/ everyone please share your views and then let LM manager raise this to the right ministries more

Really pitiable condition. One of the basic reason is exploding population and greed of our people and Govt. more  
and the local govt. must be collecting stamp duty at market rate as per SC order of 2005?? more
