Great discrimination is done between MBBS & BAMS doctors

There is great discrimination is done between MBBS & BAMS doctors. They are always paid quite less salary than MBBS doctors in both Government and private sectors. Surprisingly some of States like Bihar instead of increasing Salary they reduced the salary of Ayush Doctors last year.
It's ironical that all over India there are over more than 20 thousands MD allopathic medical Colleges but if you count for MD Ayush(Ayurveda/Hemopathic) Colleges then they are less than 100. In the absence of any reputed and good ayurvedic hospitals, fewer candidates show interest in Ayush carrier these days, though the government popularize India as Ayurvedic hub.

Now a days, due to the less Ayurvedic hospitals, many of Ayush doctors have a only option to join allopathic hospitals to earn their livelihood and there, they are completely discriminated in the hand of allopathic doctors from every way(salary, works etc) and every day. more

We as a common man should also adopt Ayurveda in our daily routine, this will help to raise importance of BAMS docs and MBBS docs will go on border line. more
Very true sir. Allopathy markets itself well by stating that it has done research in this and that and keeps the net well filled with all types of research. The TRICK is one researcher will write something for and one will write against. They create a lobby of FOR's and AGAINST's and keep the information ALIVE in the minds of people. We do not have such marketing skills and unless we develop this push of having RESEARCH PAPERS discussed all over the net Ayurveda will be considered as MUMBO JUMBO. BHU is one of the best places for Ayurveda and today we have the PM from that place and I am sure things may happen. more
In fact, reforms are needed in almost all areas. No Govt., has ever taken seriously any issue. This is the reason, you find wide spread resentment all over. Let us hope, real reform process may now start. Only you need honesty and impartiality while dealing with such problems. more
