Fraudulent Practice by Reliance Digital TV

I am having Reliance Digital BIG TV connection since 2008 BRONZE PACK which I was renewing every year . This year in Nov 2017,BIG TV advised to shift to Tata Sky but a few days later they conveyed that they are renewing their registeration so we may continue with them & offered 50%cash back for renewals by 20th Nov (Dear Customer :continue to enjoy our services without moving to another DTH service provider .50% cash back o recharge over Rs150offer valid till 20.11.2017). So I renewed my subscription for 24 mths at Rs6480/ as it offered additional 100 days free .(With reference to your Reliance account, we would like to inform you
that we have received your bill payment of Rs.6,480 on 09/11/2017

Shockingly they were not able to resume the channels
A few days ago after a gap of 2wks or more of zero signal , they resumed skelton service transmitting very few channels but again blackout now . It is learnt Govt as given them time upto 10th may to clear dues of Rs774 crores before renewing their licence . Antrix disconnects transponder service to Reliance Big TV
So besides large amts of money being locked with Reliance Ada , we are unable to view TV for past 6 mths or more &no action is being taken by the TRAI even ( ap@trai.gov.in ) more

It is 27th. May today & no sign of Reliance Digital TV resuming transmission . Every time the customer care is contacted at 1800 200 9001 a fresh assurance is given , today it was 72 hrs from today which I have my own doubts . THE TRAI it appears is a dead body as far as Reliance Digital TV case is concerned . The AP TRAI is either on long leave or under instructions from vested interests not to respond or may be some deeper interest . Even Jago Grahak Jago is not responding Is there any public body of Customers of Reliance Big TV or any media Organisation who can probe & take up the matter in media pl more  
Dear All , Today being 16th , so 8 days have already passed since my last post . The date of 10th may has also passed . The status remains same NO TRANSMISSION BY RELIANCE DIGITAL TV FOR LONG rather since Nov 2017 ie immediately after THE RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS failed to Renew their Licence . They are making lucrative offers to even lure new customers & robbing them of their hard earned money . When today I phoned at 18002009001 Mr Deepak who attended told that Transmission will be resumed wef 20.05.2018 , which I doubt . They are supposed to be regulatory Authorities - so how they are carrying out their jobs . Is there really nothing in this country where promises are actually kept......? Despite all these claim messages, I ask myself, where are the authorities that are supposed to regulate and bring things in order ................. for the ultimate convenience of the consumer? AFTER THAT I REALLY BEGIN TO WONDER WHETHER ONE SHOULD REALLY BELIEVE IN ALL THE ADS THAT ARE BEING SHOWN ON THE TELEVISION ........ BY SERVERS.....AND OTHERS! more
