Festive Season Restrictions needed during Covid
The Government (Central and State) needs to come up with very specific restrictions during the period Oct 16- Nov 15. These restriction should cover garba, dandiya, Durga pandals, dussehra pandals, markets, festive season parties, melas and diwali celebrations.
We as members of LocalCircles have come up with Swachh holi dussehra diwali guidelines. I urge everyone to share their thoughts for Covid -19 free celebrations and needed restrictions and then LC must escalate to Home and Health Ministry.
If this is not done we will have rapid spread of covid in most parts of India that will be in festive mode soon.
Please share your ideas for rules.
I really wonder why we seek the governmental intervention in defining our practical behaviour which our own common sense can teach us.

Yes, I fully endorse this idea n support that strict guidelines be issued at earliest before it's too late and beginning of winter.

Festivities and Festive Seasons are till the arrival of the Covid-19 Pandemic, celebrated in the spirit of universalists for universalizing respective cultural high lights. This is called in India the public spirit of " Sar-va-Janik'. COVID-19 Pandemic influences the Earth and the earthly changes of big and small nature, which in turn are changing human lives and prospects. Among those changes, few other than the discovery and effective distribution of a vaccine will be as consequential as the changes taking place in the population. Covid-19 has transformed the public spirit of "Sar-va-Janik " into the spirit of Privacy or Privatization juxtaposing the private health standards and public health standards. Hence, independent private restrictions will yield more safety than dependency on public restriction from my point of view.
