ELIMINATE PLASTIC WRAPPERS USED ON CONSUMABLES, H.C. TELLS T.N. Government :

We are aware of the plastic ban imposed by the Tamilnadu (T.N.) and several state Governments from January 1st . They have also followed up to a certain extent . And it was effective as many traders , super markets had switched to cloth, paper bags . We do see the effect on the streets and dump yards .

But a NEW Ghost seems to be emerging now . What about the wrappers or covers through which consumer is served Milk, Medicines , raw food items . The T.N. Government wanted exemption from being banned for these covers shown in the attachment . The H.C. directed to include the multilayered plastic wrappers also to be banned to make the ban effective . We should welcome this .

After the arguments on loss of jobs , business the reply from Judiciary “Government has only ensured that the fundamental rights of the citizens are protected and they can enjoy life with water and air free from problem ” more

Due to plastic, the total earth environment is totally damaged. Government should not have introduced this industry, but, due to high ended corruption, government permitted the PLASTIC INDUSTRY to product and damage the earth environment. When the production of plastics viz: 50 years ago licensed, then, there existed environment department. They knowingly well ( self corruption main reason) licensed to produce earth, air damaging products. Had this products banned totally, even two years ago, there could have been some relief. But,'' THE LAW MAKERS ARE THE LAW BRAKERS"", these controlling authorities or ministries were forced to behave soft, so that these industries could damage further. This is waht happened to the water body, which is totally blocked by all plastic waste It till take another 50 years to recover from the damage caused by virtue of greed of our INDIAN POLITICIANS. Totally many part of the country is reeling under sever drought and acute water crises - the main reason is WE THE INDIAN NATIONAL. Depleting water level, drying of all water bodies and what ever water available is totally contaminant, due to carelessness of the civic bodies negligence. Today earth does not have enough OXYGEN, thus, loosing its fertility, paving way for crashing or caving. All trees are either drying or uprooting, as its root leaving the earth, as earth does not have oxygen. Many buildings are crashing down due to thse factors. Irrespective of a district, ruling party, state or UT, the concerned department should have rain water harvesting. Abnolish all plastic products forthwith. To begin with All government 3establishments, factories , Railways through out the country, Trasnsport, Airpots etc. should implement rain water harvesting. All Government buildings, colonies, estates to meet their water requirements from rain water harvesting. Public at large to recharge the earth by whatever means available, only then, India will be of water drought and crises . more
