You are welcome to share the link via social media and with every corporate for which you are a common shareholder so they can improve their Corporate Governance. Also, if you have inputs on specific things that SEBI and Ministry of Corporate Affairs must do to improve state of affairs, do share as LocalCircles escalates the findings for their review and action.

I suggest that a Resolution case is to be reviewed since inside trading has played and sale proceeds to lender is reduced. How to reach the right authority to avoid further role by the persons.
company act 2013 has made independent director more accountable
I suggest that SEBI should shortlist 5 independent directors from amongst the independent director's database to each listed company, out of which the company can select at least one of them to be appointed in their boards. Removal of such appointed directors by shareholders should require minimum of 75% of voted shares at AGM/EGM. Such directors will improve governance since they can act truly independently.
I think that there is a provision to have a director proposed by minority shareholders. I do not know the conditions for such nomination. I don't think that it is being exercised.
While I support your opinion, but there should be directors from shareholders by random selection. Invite your comments for feasibility.
AGM Is a stage management. They should hold AGM at all four corners of the country
Individual Share holders are interested in dividend and not in the internal administration. There is no opportunity for individuals also to improve their Corporate administration.
