वस्तुतः विज्ञापनों पर सरकार या सरकारी एजेंसियों का कोई नियंत्रण या तो है नहीं या करना नहीं चाहती है क्योंकि वहाँ मीडिया है जिससे सरकार भी डरती है और मीडिया जो सड़ चुकी है वह सिर्फ़ बेचना जानती है चाहे वह समाचार हो या विज्ञापन - एक बिडम्बना और है कि मीडिया के कारण हमारी न्यायपालिका जो आये दिन स्व-सज्ञान लेकर काम करती है वह इस मसले पर चुप रहती है more

Why only ads showing health issues. Ads showing liquor brands selling water are in a way selling liquor. These should be banned immediately. more

the problem with the govt regulatory agencies is they have been lethargic over a perod of time and now to take actions it takes time for them and is like kumbakarna who wakes up once in six months.Unless the authorities wake up and take notice of citizens who are raising these kind of issues and take strict action like banning them and heavy fines since they are playing with gullible citizens health and swindle money they should be penalised with hefty fines and also asked to publish in the same places that they have lied and ask for apology to start with and if they repeat the same once again then ask them to stop production for three months and send their head to jail. more
