1. Voting by Citizens should be made Compulsory by Election Commission of India for Gram Panchayats, Assembly and Parliament Elections,
2. When we have more 90% Voting Percentage, then Real Democracy and Representation can be achieved,
3. Physical Voting should be the main option, options can be - Postal Voting, Ballot, Digital, etc,
4. Non Voting Persons should be penalized by suspending Aadhar or other facilities,
5. I saw in Brazil, Voting is Compulsory, no excuses are allowed,
6. Non Voting persons who are out of Country should have alternative to vote through postal/Embassy, and
7. Voting Date should never be on Weekends, instead on Wednesday.
