West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company - Kolkata

I have a flat in Kayla vihar ,near haldiram,vip road and I have not leaved for a year even then my electricity bill amounting Rs.635/ is being deducted every month for not a single unit is being consumed.

Hi, I am resident of Yamuna Block Koyla Vihar,VIP Road and have not stayed more than year,in spite of that monthly electricity bill of Rs.650/ is being deducted from A/C ,Request local circle should help me in this respect.

good , but against extra cost !!. billing is not all time fair !!
