I HAVE HEARD A LOT ABOUT VODAFONE. BUT WHENEVER THE NEED ARISES, YOUR PEOPLE ARE NOT THERE TO HELP - NEITHER *111 HELPS, AND OF COURSE YOUR CENTRES HAVE ONLY ONE EXCUSE "OUR SYSTEM IS DOWN WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING", SINCE I AM USING VODAFONE (APP 14 MONTHS) 4 - 5 CASES HAVE HAPPENNED WHERE MOBILE IS TOTALLY DEAD FOR 3 -5 DAYS AND NO ONE TO HELP. PLEASE PROVIDE US SOME PLACE AND SOME NUMBER WHERE WE CAN CONTACT IN SUCH EMERGENCIES
