Recently my TataSky STB went wrong. The technician came & replaced the STB, did not billed me with GST, but recovered the amount from my re-charge balance. Also they have not provided any warranty for the replaced STB. The technician told that STB can not be repaired, but they provided me a re-conditioned one and taken back the defective STB for repair. Had this been not repairable, that should have given the old STB, like the way automobile service centre gives us the replaced parts. Some transparent work procedures should be done b TataSky.

They fool and trap the customers by providing incomplete information/misinformation.

Tatasky was one of the best before the notification from TRAI to give the freedom of selection of channels by the customer. Previously we used to get a bouquet of all channels mixed. we had entertainment, movies, english and hindi news, free two regional packages, Sports, kids and knowledge. we also had some HD channels. But now they have gone bonkers. they have added "Network bearing charges for free to air channels though the same network is being used that is used for pay channels. Nothing new has been added. Previously our bill was 575 for grand Sports but now it has almost doubled. They are making money from the same old channels. This is called Day Light Robbery. The telecast goes blank. you have to restart the digibox. the reason they give is a satellite has come in between. We can understand one day. 2 day not frequently. Strict action has to be initiated against these culprits.++++++

Charges has increased and the service provider is not in a position to guide the customer, as to how to change the channels through phone or computer.
