Useless guys, every year for last 6 years, I feel the pain of renewing annual packages and going through their stupid systems. And every year they snip 1-2 days from my package on one pretext or the other. Even their senior level functionaries don't listen -- it is like banging your head against a wall.

Very high and unreasonable rates. Marketing strategy hurts the existing consumer to a large extent. Prior intimation of change of rates is not informed to the customers eg. recent increase in HD channel rates. Package system hurts the customer. Backup team is weak. The current balance outstanding as seen over the TV is on many times found to be different from what the helpline employees tell you over the phone.

Hope less. Customer Service is very bad. TATA SKY lost its glory. I sincerely request you all, not to opt for this in any case.
