It needs to reformed and it should be made professionals. Some one said if you increase the number of Policemen then Crime gets increased proportionally. We should seriously some thing drastically about Police. You ask any common man whether they have any good word for Police. Average person does not like Police man in India. I feel he is there more to trouble me but less to help me. He is for VIPs and Big as well as rich people. Police think common man is fly and should be crushed .

Under the given circumstances and with the limited resources, they are doing alright. But there is no professionalism.
