Travelling by Jhellum Express between Pune to Agta is always a horrible experience. I travel quiet often by this train and find that the yrain is always late, the tea is horrible, bedding is soiled, blankets are very old and torn. No improvement. Tea is never served with tea bags, horrible coffee only God knows what brand they use. The vendor does not provide popular brands of coffee. This contractor must move out.

The train 12103 between Pune to Lucknow, do not have any cleaning system as I found out when I travelled on 6th April 2018. None came to clean the coach in spite of the sign with the helpline number The same thing happened while I was returning from Kanpur to Pune on 12th. When the coach 2AC (only one coach) was spared for cleaning the coach, one can imagine the condition of the toilets.

1.The coaches used in train 12601/2 are very bad .The paints and even metal parts were peeling out in 2A coaches of this train.I think this was a prestigious train once.
2.Though it runs as a fast passenger between Shornur and Mangalore it is classified as a "SUPERFAST" train and charges accordingly.

I use to travel by Nellai Express No 12631 regularly to Tirunelveli and train is a super fast category. Conditions of II class coaches are not upto the standard and important note is till Madurai train will run fastly and from Madurai to Tirunelveli it will run slowly and will halt and allow passengers also to cross the train. Due to this business people like us are suffering with time delay. By going properly train can reach at 7 am instead 8 am.
