As usual there is no control over train timings, almost more then 60% trains are running late with one or other region

Let us be happy that the trains are not running 24 hours late. If steps are taken to improve the timing, then it may so happen that the passengers may miss the train.

Regular maintenance of the trains should be done along with proper everyday cleaning. SMS service should be there to inform the people of train delay. In this, generally people who have booked there tickets through online by entering their phone details or people who have given their phone details at the time booking via counter will be informed. Quality of food provided in the trains should be improved.

Overloading of passengers in the Train should be stopped, plus regular checking of tickets of the passenger should be done in the moving trains.

Large organisations like Railways are difficult to make fast changes. Improvements implemented so far are people friendly and should be appreciated.
