PATANJALI AYURVED : Patanjali Ayurved products under the captaincy of M/s Baba Ramdev and Balakrishnaji have done a commendable job of dishing out Day to Day consumables and toiletries at decent prices throughout the country. In fact, I am proud to say that they have been successful in giving a lesson or two to internationally known MNCs like HUL, Colgate, P&G, Brittania,Indian companies like Godrej, Marico, Emami Parle etc about the "VALUE OF CREDIBLE QUALITY PRODUCTS AT AFFORDABLE PRICES..!!.. Having said that, I find that even Patanjali has been bitten the " Indian bug ".....which is delivering bad quality products and maintain " SILENCE " about Action being taken by them, when confronted with quality issues...!!!.. I have complained to them about the quality of their iconic product " DESI GHEE " and their is no credible response from them except a routine reply " WE ARE LOOKING INTO THE MATTER "....!!!.. HOPE THEY WILL WAKE UP...!!..

The company seems to be unresponsive to the consumers complaint. It take online payment and then do not deliver the products ordered as per the complaint analysis on public domain. One of the public domain indicates 4% response only. The telephone numbers listed are not picked up. The content of the complaint suggest very very extra care before ordering or if it can be avoided no matter whatever the attractive prices are offered.
