Lodha Group

I have taken a 3BHK house in Palava and until now despite paying more than 80% of the money, I have not been allowed to visit the site. It is unfortunate that we don't get to see what we have bought despite paying such a huge amount of money.

I have taken 1 BHK house in Lodha Casa Rio in Mumbai .. Lodha doesn't allows site visit during construction period ...that's the biggest disadvantage. They gave possessioin 2 years late.

Rest all is good ....Quality and site development is awesome !!

They advertised by sending property available by email and when wanted to visit to see and buy the property in Sanathnagar had cancelled appointment in the last minute. I had made effort to accumulated the required loan and finances to buy the property but felt cheated when I was denied the opportunity to see the property. If I was not sent an email, I would not have minded.
