Group 4

We migrated from Panzer to Group 4 at Omaxe Forest, Sector 92, Noida in 2011. Was a tough start and initially Group 4 had trouble in getting it right. However, in about 3-4 months the transition happened and much better now. Remember, a security company should be held
accountable for hiring the right staff, paying them on time and adherence to policy and procedures and discipline but it is the RWA/residents who have to set the ground rules and ensure that exceptions are minimized.
