poor management , i have seen in many places both in Bangalore city, street lights burning in day time. also lights switched-on by 5pm itself in some areas , but in some areas no light even after 6-30 pm.
unscheduled power cuts is very common. poor control.

Last week the people of electricity corporation came on 8th main, vinayakanagar, mysore 570012 to cut down tree branches that are touching the electric lines, by doing this they damaged the street light and now the tube light holder is dangling in the air on one nut and bolt, it can fall anytime and might injurer somebody or property, it has been a week and they have not come back to repair it nor have they informed MCC to repair it, the people who come to cut branches are incompetent and not bothered about the inconvenience to the public, they cut small branches and leave it there on the road sometimes blocking the road.
