very frequent outages and at times for long duration in our colony - Palam Vihar. Every year promises are made, but situation worsens every year.

Why are the rates per unit higher in DLF developed projects?Perhaps,they add a mark-up to the initial rate and then send the total bill to each DLF building for payment-on the ratio basis of the units consumed!The rate is Rs.8.20 per unit plus,whatever is apportioned with regard to the captive generation during the numerousand unexplained power cuts/outages.Effective quality of power supply and its consistency is what the authorities need to address-so as to satisfy the needs of their customers.Trust better sense will prevail amongst the service providers.Thank you.
