Gwalior Junction Railway Station

no doubt that cleanliness went down if compare the status few years ago but still a very clean station. Escalation installation should complete for all platform and continue to work 24x7. All other facilities are good. Need some improvement on parking area as well.

The Thane Railway Station at Central Railway is the most Crowded station. There should be at least two booking counters at entrance of Kalwa side at Platform no 2. All the local buses, ST buses and Auto Rickshas terminate there and we need to travel a lot with bag & baggage to the ticket counter near platform no 1. It is ridiculous!! Please do the needful

Chakulia Station in Jharkhand on Kolkatta - Mumbai line :
Platform is too small. Hence train compartments go out of platform and make it difficult to alight or board. On 5th August, 16 - Steel Express halted only for 1 minute inspite of schedule of 2 minutes, therby making the families to jump from the moving train and throw their bags.
