I have purchased the Acelere Tubeless tyres from www.tyreonwheels.com on 9th December 2015 for Rs. 5530. I have got a confirmation mail from the above given website. My order no. is TOW14876Dec64497. Very next day I noticed that there is no status change for my order and I called the customer care numbers (i.e. +91-08010019000 ), which is available from website, but no one is answering. Somehow I have identified the details of founder of this website. I had spoken to him once and he assured me that he will see to it that the product will be delivered within one week (i.e. 16th Dec’15). After that he also did not respond to my calls till date. And I have contacted the HDFC bank (i.e. through which I have paid) to stop the payment. Bank suggested me to submit Cardholder Dispute form and I have submitted it to bank on 22nd Dec’15 and reference number is 15356454163.
