Country Club Kasba

While taking membership in 2008, we were told that this CK 27 property will have Swimming Pool, Banquet, Spa, Gym, Restaurant, Steam bath, Indoor Games beside 5 Years Holiday on Time Sharing Basis. The Club started only in 2013 with only Gym. no proper Change room & Wash room for Ladies members. No Water in Wash room

I am also a victim of Country Club. They took Rs. 33,000/- from me and I am still waiting for the facilities promised. If, others are interested we can jointly take them to court.

Great Cheating Organisations can only operate with the help of POWERFUL LEADERS and proper Govt. rules during it's set up. Such businesses cannot demand any rate.

The Country Vacation Club also cheated my money. I wrote several time for the refund of the paid money as I want to cancel the membership after gathering all the information regarding them, I also lodged complaint with Consumer Court, waiting for the outcome.
