BSNL - Kolkata

Speed is absolutely erratic and fluctuate a lot. Half of the time there is no internet. No use of complaining, never rectifies. Go on complaining to 100 different officials, NO ONE IS RESPONSIBLE. Every one redirects to some one else.

Broadband service is unacceptable. Mobile service is OK.

I used Tata for network connection, it operates slowly but I manage it.
