The archaic procedure of surrendering the connection. I could not surrender one & could not get my dues back in another connection. Very poor customer service.

CTC should provide the mobile numbers & e-mails of D.E. of the exchanges so that we can directly call them in cases of problems. Internet is not a matter of luxury any more it is essential of our life. Department should take proper action.
