Not as good as some other Counters are needs improvement in quality and must be as good as the Brand itself is.

It is one of the very good chain of restaurant and sweet shops. I have taken dinner at this place. I found food quality good and service also ok.

One star only for ambience. I went there only once because I like the ambience but the food was really not good so I not enjoyed. It was newly opened that time and staff was also unaware of most of things. So I rate only one star that's only for ambience which is really good.

AKJ's remarks do not match with the grading given by him.
Namkeens & snacks are of good quality; though not sure about quality of sweets, specially during festive season & rush time. Service is also not up to the mark.
