Big Bazaar T Nagar

The Big Bazar store is very strategically located in a busy shopping Center but has not been able to " take advantage " of it. Their Coupons system is a total eyewash. Their rates are not the best. Their sales staff are always " half asleep " but wake up fully when they have to Gossip among themselves. They will never give you a direct answer if you ask them some pointed querry. And their billing section is an APOLOGY for a big shopping Center. The Store is becoming more and more congested and one of these days it would not be a surprise if they tell you to walk in a " single line " since all the products are strewn all around the floor.

Worst service with high prices. The billing section is totally unaware of the discounts displayed. It is the BIGGEST CHEATING BAZAAR. Congratulations to Future retail.

Companies such make big spending in media and banner ads, than in advocated customer service. What is worse, these huge outlets can't even provide reasonable parking facilities for vehicles!

It is highly disappointing and disgusting to see the country's leading retailer cheating customers this way.
