Very poor. Staff in Bhangel, Noida branch is not knowledgeable enough to tell which counter to go for a specific service and you end up moving from one counter to another. No intent to help and solve customer problem

Very poor experience with BOB. I sent a letter to MD of BOB. In reply, Branch Manager replied that was misleading and misguiding. I sent another letter to MD. Till date, nobody has responded.

Poor, I had been harassed and befooled just to enable internet banking for my Savings Bank A/c ( Rana Pratap Nagar Branch,Nagpur)
