Catering staff excellent. cleanliness in coach area good. For long distance passengers, clean washrooms still a distant dream. The train maintains excellent timings. one of my favourites.

Too many waitlisted passengers travel by bribing TTE and this is a daily business. Coaches remain dirty and food quality is very inferior as compared to other Rajdhanis like Howrah Rajdhani or SDAH Duronto etc.
